Shipping And Handling

Free postage on all non-discounted UK orders. For all other orders postage is calculated on order value and is clearly shown before order is completed. Overseas orders are sent via airmail. We endeavour to dispatch orders the same day they are received but we cannot guarantee this. Please allow 2-3 working days for UK deliveries and 5-7 for all other destinations. We do not charge for any item unless it is ready to ship.

| Minimum order value £100.00 excluding VAT and postage. Free postage on UK orders over £100.00 excluding VAT. Colours/designs are mixed unless otherwise stated. Items are generally sold in multiples of one dozen unless otherwise stated. For items sold in dozens, entering 1(one) in the quantity field will buy one dozen. The price shown will be for one dozen. Similarly entering 2 or 3 etc. will buy multiples of one dozen and the price shown will reflect this. The single item price is shown under the product description for reference only. All goods remain the property of Talbot Import Company until paid for in full. |

| Claims for faulty goods or shortages must be reported within five days of receipt. After this date and in all cases after fourteen days of purchase no exchange or credit will be offered. |
